Oro Valley Spring Festival of the Arts

As the desert begins to bloom, Art State Arizona's Spring Festival of the Arts takes over Oro Valley Marketplace. Support local artists, get creative with family-friendly arts and crafts activities, tour dynamic art installations, watch the live plein air painting competition, and enjoy food and drinks from local vendors during this two day artisan market.

A Taste of Oro Valley

Held on the historic grounds of Steam Pump Ranch, this foodie event includes samples from local restaurants, wine and beer tastings, live music, and a silent auction that benefits nonprofits working with the community in Oro Valley and Tucson.

July 4th Celebration

Oro Valley lights up with patriotic pride during its annual Independence Day celebration at James D. Kreigh Park. Throughout the day there are food trucks, games, live music, and a breathtaking fireworks finale.

Salsa, Tequila & Taco Challenge

Spice things up at this culinary showdown at El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort, where chefs and bartenders battle it out for the best salsa, taco, and tequila cocktail. Spend the evening enjoying samples and watching lucha libre wrestling, live art, and musical performances at this adults-only event.

Every fall, more than 135 talented Southwest artisans gather for Oro Valley for the Fall Foodie, Art & Wine Festival. Spend the weekend browsing local art, sampling Arizona wines, and enjoying live music.

Rockin' 4 Heroes Free Concert

Every Veterans Day weekend, the Rockin' 4 Heroes Free Concert takes over James D. Kreigh Park to thank, honor, and support First Responders, Active Military, Veterans and Gold Star Families. Bring a chair and settle in for an afternoon of classic rock hits, food trucks, and family fun for all ages.

Tucson Bicycle Classic

The Tucson Bicycle Classic unfolds over four action-packed days, taking riders through some of the region's most striking terrain. The Oro Valley Circuit Race is a 2.8 miles / 4.5 km circuit along rolling terrain with a punchy uphill finish on Musette Drive.

Tucson Marathon

Enjoy scenic views of Oro Valley while running in the Tucson Marathon! Each year the race begins at Biosphere 2 and winds through Oro Valley to the finish line at Pima Community College Northwest Campus. This race is a Boston Marathon Qualifier.

Cruise, BBQ & Blues Car Show

With over 200 classic and custom cars, live blues music, and the Tucson Foodie BBQ Competition serving up bold, smoky barbeque favorites, this family-friendly festival celebrates the art of the automobile and community spirit in the Sonoran Desert.
